3. Client Obligations

Payment details, including rates and invoicing procedures, will be outlined in the agreement specific to each service.  Compunym reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to services provided by Compunym remain the property of Compunym until full payment is received.  Clients retain intellectual property rights to materials provided to Compunym for use in service delivery.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information disclosed during the provision of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Compunym’s liability is limited to direct damages resulting from the provision of services and does not extend to consequential or indirect damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to any termination fees or obligations specified in the agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], excluding its conflict of laws principles.
